Toby"s experience started in 1996 in Crested Butte, Colorado where he was founder/owner of The Resort Realty Group. Since the sale of his Colorado company Toby has been consulting in the various areas of Real Estate & Aquisitions, Property Management, Construciton Management, Project Management and Development.
As an Owner/Developer he was awarded the "Superstar Property of the Year" for one of his 2006 Gunnison, Colorado properties.
In 2007 Toby relocated to Puerto Viejo where now owns and operates Colorado Caribe, a 42 acre private community.
